As a small team, we offer a very personal service. On your initial visit we will take you around the hotel explaining the use of each room thus enabling you to visualise your wedding day. If helpful at this stage, a costing based on your estimated number of guests can be provided. Once your wedding is confirmed you will be invited to the hotel for an in depth appointment to discus your individual ideas and requirements.

It is our belief that to deliver your perfection we need to build a special rapport with you both, to get to know your personalities and quirky little ways!

Therfore, over the course of the planning of your wedding, you will have spent time getting to know us. It also means that throughout your time with us, there will be a familiar voice on the other end of the telephone to answer all your questions and offer advice and reassurance as often as you need it. Email is also an alternative especially for those questions that spring to mind in the middle of the nights!
